I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

CTR EK9 POWER FOLDING MIRRORS

Post by 2jdm4u2 » August 05, 2004

heys guys, i know it's kinda shady that the first time i write sometin is to ask for help but i'm waiten for my girlfriend to get a cord for her camera so i can post some pics. but anyways i need someones help. i got the ctr ek9 power folding mirrors and i need the diagram for them(wireing from the switch) i have the diagram for the switch with 1 row of 8 wires, but my switch has 2 rows,1 row with 6 and the other with 9. if anyone has any idea about anything please let me know. i know i can probablyjust hook it up from what i have but im hoping the extra wires might hook up to the ignition or e- brake so they fold automaticly. thanks

Automatically with the e-brake would be cool. How does it work on the car it came off of? Do you have the option to fold them in whenever or do they fold on their own?

if you ever get a hold of a wiring diagram please let me know ([email protected]) I have had em for about 6 months, and haven't installed them, Also you can hook them up to the alarm so they can fold whenever you arm/disarm, but for the folding option to work you will need modulator. it should have came with it.

Sounds like you're off to a decent start.

Good luck with the mirrors. Let me know how that diagram works out. I'm getting my powerfolds this winter.
