ctr/itr pedals for a civic - foot rest?

hey guys i just scored some ctr-x or itr pedals but these are the ones for the civic so they will fit right
here is a pic for reference

i didnt get them from jdmland.com just borrowed their pic, i got them locally but what should i use for the dead pedal or the foot rest pedal? i noticed the mugen pedal kit is only 3 also i will leave it stock till i fond something to match well i dont want some cheap looking stuff,
let me know what u guys think

thanks ill give them a call, i found a complete set for an auto accord at heel toe, i asked if i could get the foot rest / dead pedal only - no response from email yet, thanks again for the help fellas

i use the SRR dead pedal, its pretty nice!

do a search for it.
