I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Ok guys remember when I was tryin to figure out how I was gonna relocate my stereo? Well I finally broke down and decided to fiberglass. Here are some pics of the product post fiberglass, and pre sand. However lets not count our chickens yet. I still have to sand. This is after 1 coat. I may sand and decide I need more. I am thinkin about doin some bondo to get some curves but I dont think I need it. Anywho, sorry I didnt get a pre-fiberglass pic of the skeleton. But I will definately put pics up of the fished product.....

Get some bigger pics. From those ones it looks good, though. Body matching it wouldn't look bad. Friend of mine had his plastic painted dark blue to match his. Looked good.

agree w/ body matching. It'd be near impossible to match it to the color, texture, gloss level, etc. of the rest of the dash, so body-match it is! The SRTs center stack (headunit, CC, vents) is silver and it looks nice enough.

Yea thats what I thought too, body match. May leave the lil center wallet holder and that whole piece black though. Just for the heck of it. Hey Koto, what was the name of that website you told me I should get paint from? I may even go to Home Depot, depending on which is cheaper.
