the holes cut were needlessly large...

to the op, you cut them where they need to be cut - like bryce said. Every cage is different, especially if its custom

the purpose of me posting that was to give him an idea of HOW to get the hole in the right spot... the mounting points of a cage are pretty much the same on all cages unless its for a 2 seater.. but that was just an example of how to get the right spot.
