forum rules update needed

Joel, be clearer with these requests, and you'll receive results quicker.

If you don't have exact ideas on how to improve, wait until you do before making these threads.

Signature Rule Violation is actually 6 months. not 10 days or whatever is listed on the forum rules. You guys really need to re go through everything and make sure its all correct.
