loom and heat shrink came today. super pumped to start tearing into my harness's now.
hopefully its a nice day out tomorrow i can sit outside near the car and start extending wires.

can't wait till my battery tray comes in so i can mock that up, then i will be picking up some cable to mock up the battery cable wires. also looking into my fuel setup. was considering of all new SS braided lines from the fuel pump/tank. but i might just flare the hardline in the bay and SS braided from there.

thinking i might need to look into the ITB's before the fuel lines get built. if i build the lines to the benen fuel rail and end up eventually going ITB's i might need to rebuild them because of the length.

still torn on those ITB's

hm. guess its something i need to deff research and look into before i tuck my brake lines.

on another note, the battery tray didnt make it in yet. and im pretty much made up my mind with the itb's. i will be picking up a set, not sure when but i will be getting a set. toda makes a nice airbox for them for the street and obx was rumored to be making one as well.

also i was told u can find some motorcycle air boxes that will fit this setup for the street.

that air box looks nice but it doesnt offer the best air flow. its more for show then performance. ive been looking into getting ITBs for my motor for a while and you should look into possibly getting a box made instead. take a look at the intake manifolds of the RB26 or the 4AGE with ITBs and youll see why. hell look at some of the formula cars with an ITB setup and youll see the difference.

im not saying that box wont work but you will get better power gains out of a better built box then that.

usa made and proven power. prices are fair and im just excited to start tearing into the motor since its got some down time now. projects projects. never ending!

playing with the car for a bit.
took the wire wheel and my drill to some of the seam sealer, then it started to rain.

i need to get the motor out of the bay so i can start sanding and clean up that seam sealer, also i can get brad up here with his welder so start working his magic on some of the holes.

as for the car color/bay color. 77 and i have been talking about this local lawn care buisness near him thats rocking a pretty similar paint theme i was looking for, i dont think i was going to go as dark as the brown but after looking here, super ass legit.
