I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

I agree. Don't rush. It's not worth it.

Yeah screw coilovers. When I got my car out of storage here the other day I was like "damn i forgot how good this looks and how well it handles". No need for coilovers just yet. I am dead set on the turbo again. Back to plan A. Just make take a while to get the funds. I did get my rear fenders shaved and powdercoated my uicp, heat shield, and installed my Samco stuff and new t-bolt clamps. I think it looks super clean. Here is a pic. I can post more close up shots later.

Re: TURBevO8
Been a while since I posted anything. Been into the Jeep more this summer than the EVO. Trying to keep the miles down so I can run the crap out of it next summer when I get the new turbo and supporting mods.
As you can see I sold the Rubicon Moabs and 31s, added a 4" short arm kit, 33" swampers, and steelies. Having two toys is expensive as a lot of you know. I need a house with a garage before I put more money into the EVO. It is sitting in Jtown now at my parents' as there are too many little kids in my complex and they like to climb on peoples' cars (I am not kidding). Gotta love living in the 'hood! cya....

Re: TURBevO8
Back on here. Spring is coming and have to get back in touch with my JDM homies. Well I just accepted a new job in the area down here. The move back to Jtown proved to be impossible. Just no jobs. So I decided to splurge a bit and add some JDM goodies to the EVO. I have big plans for new spring build as far as power....450whp DJ is the goal....but for now I want to get some bling for Carlisle and beyond. Let me know what you guys think of my plans. Figured I would go all black under the hood + some ARC color! Included is a carbon cam cover to match my carbon radiator shroud.
ARC Ti shift knob
ARC Gradient Ti spark plug cover
ARC natural Ti heat shield
Carbign Craft cam gear cover (1x1 weave)
