CEL on and lost all power!

I have a 1990 Integra RS with the B18b motor and a 5 speed. I was just driving normally down the road the other day and in the blink of an eye the CEL came on, I lost all power, and the car ran horribly. It refuses to rev past 3,000 and it won't idle properly either. Any suggestions? Also, is there a way I can read the trouble code by turning the key a certain number of times and watching the flashes from the CEL?

Well does it seem like you have a Redline at 3k? Well if your not driving it now pull the Dizzy out and check the bearning by feeling if it spins smoothly. If it is rough you need a new Dizzy

You can read the code by pulling back the passenger carpet and reading the number of flashes the ECU makes through the little window to the LED.

It's called Limp Mode son. Jump the ECU and get the code. If it doesn't flash at all it's an ECU problem in itself

how do I jump the ecu? Help me out here, im not normally an import guy

His car is a OBD0 so it flashes on the ECU... look at the little round circle in the middle of the ECU... while the cars running. Count how many blinks=1 and long dashes=10. So if the ecu had one long dash and three blinks, that means its code 13. Let me know whats gonig on
