I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

I just feel that it takes the fun out of driving a car that you build, when you drive it every single day. It loses its flavor too fast.
Back on topic.

I'm doing exactly this with my 240, and let me tell you it's even more frustrating to "do it right" because people don't always realize the sacrifices you have to make to complete your dream car correctly. People will ceaselessly ask you when your car is finished and give you disgusted/annoyed looks when you tell them that a vital parts is still on it's way. Never buy a part that you will not be 100% happy with, but happily use the stock parts until you can afford what you want. Stock rims and tires on a car that has easily 600rwhp isn't good, but it's better than waiting to drive it until you can afford the wheels/tires/5-lug hubs/brakes that all need to come at once.

Sorry to vent in your thread, but there's a lesson to be shared. Project cars are best, if you're patient and capable of telling other people to shut the fuck up and wait.
yea, i feel you. Thats the kind of car I want to own...I'll just have to be patient :)
