Oh btw, that's the lip. That's the lowest part. Take the lip of and you can get around 20-25mm more.

It's not that low anymore. I couldn't get out of my condominium complex. There's a ramp before the main gate. It's back to it's usual height.

at least you don't have speed bumps(or do you?). my 240 barely makes it. luckily i can drive over with only one side over the bump to get out of my condo complex.
