my srt4 vs. friends mustang

Yea, not gonna lie. Srt's are relatively hard to launch. My friend owned one for a while. I think the only thing we really did was mopar stage 2 and a profec B spec 2 at 20psi. It got up, although the stage 2 wastegate with the profec was pretty challenging to tune. Took us like a week to get everything set right. But i do remember we took a turbo is300, i thought that in itself was pretty surprising regardless of what the 'is' was running for boost.

If I were him, I'd leave the Profec and ditch the S2 WG, he could put the stock one back on, still boost the same 20 psi, and make a couple bucks since a lot of people buy just the S2 components less ECU because it's harder to tune than S0. Me, I'm thinking of running the S1 ECU with S2 WG, Devilown alky, and a better IC

Yea that sounds like a good setup. My friend sold his, so he doesnt have it n e more. But yea that s2 wg is real sensative. And it comes pre-loaded, ehh i just dont like it.

all i know is the kid who owned it b4 me now has a silver evo which i already raced and tanked my about 12 cars from a dead stop by time we hit 120 and also yeah that stang ran a 13.4 and he had like brane new drag radials on it u could hear me spinnin all throuh 1st and second and not even going behind his back bumper during the launch with my street tires on and i was running 17psi next summer will be about 22 on my 60-1 haha and if that kill wasn't good enough cause i know the video quality wasn't i will get some more videos next summer with a real camera with the new setup installed : ) aculy i just got my 800cc injectors ordered and got the wide band bolt welded on the downpipe so all i have to do is remove my balance shaft chain since i hear they break at about 400whp and i know that is ganna happen if i keep it in there : ) then send out stage 1 pcm and get it reflashed for my vin then take it to get tuned once i throw the hot side pipe on and throw the battary in ect.
