I'm sumping my tank in the near future. I thought the pump was supposed to be level with the outlet of the sump? Or don't Weldons have to be?

probably would be more ideal at level or even below level, but I need to get my tank supports changed so I can accomplish this. for now its gonna stay as is til i have to worry about dragging the cell sump on the ground on launches.
