I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

sewer lateral and water is done.

Telephone is run to outside wall. Wired one phone jack last night.

Heat is installed in living room.

2 kitchen circuits are strung. Need to be run to the box.

This weekend all of the phones are going to be done along with the kitchen outlets and heat.

Then it's just to finish up mounting the showers and it's drywall time.

Ok. Finished all of the wiring in the kitchen and ran it to the box. Didn't hook up the breakers yet.

insulated the kitchen...now everything downstairs is ready for drywall except for one heat run in the office.

Now I just have to do two heat runs upstairs, and run the vent pipes in the attic so I can finish the insulation up there.

ETMI (Estimated time of move-in): Christmas.
