I need to look into a dual weber carb conversion. I know it's not worth it to dual carb the HF motor, due to the weak cylinder walls and bad head. I plan to use this DX motor I get from ImportRcr02 along with an Si Head to do a dual carb. I don't plan on buying the $1000 kit, though, I'll just use the Si IM and 2 carbs on that hopefully. This should work in the rex.
