/b] A car listed with a LV requirement in red means the car is of a higher level than the race. This is only mentioned for Dealership, Used Car Dealership and Online Collector's Dealership cars. You only need to get either A-Spec or B-Spec up to the required level to buy it. An example: You are Level 10 in A-Spec and Level 1 in B-Spec. You can buy cars up to level 10, but you can still race them in B-Spec.Under the name of a car it will say A-Spec and then what parts you need to buy to get the car competitive. Under that line there will say B-Spec. For the car to be competitive in B-Spec, you have to buy the parts for both A-Spec and B-Spec. If neither A-Spec or B-Spec is mentioned, the tip is for A-Spec only.
