Doesn't say Spoon on the end links, but as it's exactly the same as my own front upper one... (weight is very low as well) I believe that it's genuine...
looking for around $100
shipping not entirely sure anymore, as it seems prices went up this year... need to check... but I'd say around $30-$35 max... probably a whole lot less (like half or something)
