Accord swap

ok so i wanted to dropp the biggest motor i could find into my 94 accord, i asked around and there was this one guy who told me that the odseeye was the biggest motor, liter wise, and that all it was, was a v6 accord motor with a different head.......is this true and if so how easily would it bolt up to my Lx?

i have no idea what engine an oddysee has or how to spell it but for your accord i'd go with an h22a or h23 vtec i'm pretty sure these motors bolt right in cuz everything is similar to the prelude but i dont know to much about this or about droppin honda v6's in it is just my opinion, wait for someone to post that knows

There's no backing when it comes to the V6. Just little pieces here and there. Best bet would be H22, imo.

The Odyssey engine is a J35A1. It is a J series (Accord V6) stroked to 3.5 liters, and it is rated at 240 hp in the Odyssey, though it is underrated (it makes closer to the 255 advertised with the Acura MDX). If you want the most potent J engine, see if a CL type S engine will fit (it should) or even a new TL or RL engine (if money is no object).

But if you want an engine with strong aftermarket support, get an H.

H would be the best bang for the buck. u can pick them fairly cheap for the complete swap/
