I know some of you guys actually do these offers and go through with them to get your free stuff (unlike the ones who just sign up to waste peoples time).

you cant, that wouldnt be fair to the others that used a referral link in the conga.

but you can sign up for other shit with it.

emokid - its not an offer in itself......but yes you need a CC for most offers, or you can just get yourself a $20 webcertificate that is a online mastercard - thats what i use just so i dont give these people access to my bank account
