I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Looks good but..you might have a problem in the future because since the radi and intercooler are pretty much touching theres a good chance one or the other will get punkchured from rubbing against eachother from the chassie flex. thats why the radi if you notice doesn't really touch any metal inside the engine bay when its properly installed. So maybe just take that into mind and maybe put some rubber shims or something between them. Other then that, its a good idea you have there :)

yea they are going to touch when completed. i have made a bracket the radiator sits in on the bottom, and there is clearance between each. yea as you can see i just had a 2X4 holding the radiator in place lol

Thats a good way to run the intercooler, protects it if you go off course, and allows it to be cooled by the rad fan pullin air thru it as well...
You may want to get some rubber/foam liner/insulator type shit like they use inbetween the radiator and the core support from the factory and put it inbetween the intercooler and rad support, and ic and radiator to make sure all the air gets pulled thru there...I believe you can find some shit similiar to the OE stuff at home depot or lowes..
Also if you have an access to a welder and can weld aluminum you may want to redo the end tanks, you can save alot of length in pipe by redoing those as well..
Just make a wood template and then bang some aluminum around and weld it up...
Enjuku runs a setup similiar to that, may wanna check it out, Its up on tunerzine if you havent already seen it...
Ive seen it in real life on a number of ocassions and spoke with all the guys there about it and they say it works extremely well..
S14.. Currently motorless.

wouldn't you have a problem with coolant temperatures? I mean the air coming off the back of the intercooler is gonna be relatively hot and the hot air is going to pass through the radiator? I dunno if this means anything just thought i'd point it out so you had an outside opinion.
