I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

5spd ecu would be good yeah.. i know for a B series you need it.. from auto to manual the auto ecu would be going through more data i would assume for shift points etc.. that's all i can help you with.

you shouldn't need a different ecu you'll just eliminate some wires

I think you might need a 5spd ecu. I'll check it out.

You do need the ecu. There's a bunch of sensors in the auto tranny. You'll throw a cel.
Here's the parts list(taken from honda-tech):
5 speed tranmission
clutch (pressure plate, disc)
shift linkage
manual ECU
manual starter
flywheel
clutch master cylinder
slave cylinder
hydraulic lines
pedal assembly
tach (if you want one)
shifter
shift knob
shift boot
miscallaneous nuts and bolts!!

but technically you don't need the ecu for it to run come on munster it's jude he never does it the right way just as long as it runs
