Anyway, living in California has its downsides for sure, but in the long run the good outweighs the bad by far

ha you guys dont know about the midwest, Here in Minnesota we get away with anything.

we have no emmissions and cops dont know the first thing about what is and what isnt illegal mods.

Same with FL/GA and probably most of the gulf states. We get away with things out here that cali peeps could only dream about. Like josh (tenchu) riding around with an open header for a month or so, and me getting pulled over for 110 in a 55 w/ open header (right after the swap) in my CRX and being let off.

up hurr in the WA it isnt too bad. not to much of a "scene" atleast on the east side. i've got let off 4 times and 2 of the them were for waaay over $500. its nice, and the weather is pretty decent too
