I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

I just realized that I hadn't updated my thread in FOREVER. Anyways, I've done lil bit more to her since my last update and I've decided on a different route for the motor.
First off, I've decided against the K swap. I'll be doing a fully built b series. It'll cost around 1k more than the k swap, but the motor will be done.
Ok, now on to the parts:
"Spoon-style" side mirrors (because I wanted to retain the power mirrors)
eBay brand fender braces (they actually work)
NRG H brace (I broke it yesterday, so it'll be coming off today)
Fully functioning S2K cluster
Skunk2 Pro Series front camber kit
Buddy Club Short Shifter (gave away the Skunk2 one)
Buddy Club Type A Shift Knob (gave away the Skunk2 one)
JDM ITR shift linkage (it was given to me, it's bronze, & supposedly it's sturdier than the regular one)
HX wheels painted black with a red lip (I know it's popular everywhere, but no one in MS does this)
Have, but waiting to be installed:
ARP extended lug studs
Buddy Club extended lugs
I leave for Maui (on a deployment, I know ... how will I survive, hahaha) on 14 Aug for 140 days. Shortly after I return I will be doing the JDM front and starting the engine build. I'll be retaining the OEM color that the car already is.
And here is the video of the cluster that people will want (I figured I should post it up before I get a million requests for a vid):

I'll be making a better video when I get my new tires in and the ARP lug studs installed. Thanks for viewing!

what u really should do is throw the itr fropnt lip and eiher thr itr badges or the honda type r badges it will look lower in the front and it evens out how the bumper sticks out further by the badge than were the lip would go on , you'll love it promise, but i do like it that blue is hot shit
You must always push the limits, because if you never fail you will never succeed!

Well, in order to make everything work properly you have to purchase a speedo convertor (150) and then an coolant temp convertor (75). Without the two convertors everything will work with a lil bit of wiring know-how. All in all I invested around 6 hrs (this was all redoing the wiring in the dash) and around $500 (cluster, two convertors, and wire from Autozone). IMO it's worth every dime. The S2K cluster is incredibly accurate compared to the analog type that most other Hondas come with. The coolant guage is more tuner friendly also because the convertor for the coolant temp changes what each dash is. It starts @ 160 and the last dash is around 235. VERY handy to troubleshot various problems.
