I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Testing Waters: CRX SiR front clip/cluster/rolling chassis
As stated in the title I'm considering selling my SiR front clip for my CRX....as well an SiR gauge cluster....as well as my entire CRX rolling chassis since I bought an evo recently. If you are interested in any of the following, please get ahold of me, Jon , or Munster.
The pix are in old posts in th EF section of the forum as well as members rides....I'm too lazy to dig em up and link them to this post right now, so you have to do some searchin' for now.
Pix don't do the car justice whatsoever, but will give you a starting point if interested.
Accepting REASONABLE offers.

I have nearly 7000.00 in the chassis with cost of car itself, paint/body work, new oem honda trim/parts, and the new suspension overhaul.
What would you think is a fair price to pay for it?
I'm located in Johnstown, PA--- the car obviously needs a trailer to move, which is the buyers responsability.

Ok, I would like to get $4500.00 for the rolling chassis.
I'm gonna try to get some new and comprehensive pix up on the car hopefully by the end of this week.
To give you an idea on what is done on the car and what is included,I will try to run it down for you guys.
The car was completely stripped down and then stripped to bare metal. The rear quarters were redone. Around the gas door was worked on. A section of the passenger side rocker was replaced. Nearly all of the drivers side rocker was replaced. The car was repainted cactus green completely except for underneith the car. This includes the complete exterior, the complete engine bay, all door/hatch/gas door jams, and the entire interior including the roof (minus the rear quarter inlets see pix- painter would not paint due to the longevity of the paint sticking in difficult to prep areas. I had the heater holes welded shut, the antenna hole welded shut, the door jab wiring holes welded, the rear license plate wirng hole welded and the rear defroster wiring hole welded shut. The roof panel on the exterior of the car is painted shadow mica.
The car has a near complete suspension. Skunk2 coilovers w/ tokico shocks on all 4 corners. I replaces all the bushings with energy suspension units (whatta bitch)- including the trailing arm rears. I replaced all the ball joints in the front of the car including camber adjustable uppers. I also replaced the outer tie rod ends on the manual rack. I pressed new front hubs into the HF knuckles for larger axles to run in them for whatever engine you want. All 4 corners have skunk2 extended wheel studs on them. The front suspension is on minus the cross member and radius rods- I planned for a jimfab bar to replace it. The rear is stock currently, but I have rear disc conversion painted and ready to be installed (again w/ rear trailing arm bushings installed) I also have the e-brake cables from honda in the bags for the rear disc swap. The rear bushings need pressed into the LCA's , but I planned on replacing them w/ Skunk2's new LCA's instead. Most of the brakes are not present, except for the rear calipers- I had plans for fastbrakes setup on all corners. The tokicos and skunks for the rears are also included.
The interior was going to be stripped- all I have is the dash and console, door panels and wiring harness- the rest was file 13'd.
I have the stock hatch and hood, which are in excellent shape, but they are factory original red. However I have enough left over paint to get them both sprayed.
I replaced numerous pieces of trim and moldings on the car proir to paint. All parts, even the bolts are factory Honda. Some of the parts include: door body moldings, wiper transmision arm, wiper cowl clips, rear quarter glass moldings front windshield molding, front windsheild, rear hatch gasket seal, roof rain gutter moldings, fender bolts, core support bolts, lower rear hatch lip, and more.
It's late and that's all I can think of right now. I hope this gives you a better understanding of why I am asking this price for the car in its condition.

As for the cluster, it's from an SiR and is being sold by itself.
The front Clip is from and SiR (same car as the cluster) and is in decent shape. Some scuffs, some headlight clouding, but includes the foglight option w/ relays. It's painted an dark grey (JDM only color) and was never dissassebled.
I would work out a package on all of it if someone was serious.
