I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. It's the rear bumper that I don't like. The front isn't bad at all.

They're alright. 1.3 liter turbo, not much power, but not much weight or size either. I think there was some rare AWD version, but I'm not sure.

I looked and found this:

EP71 Starlet Turbo S 87-90 - 1.3 turbo 110hp@6000rpm, 108ft/lbs@3600rpm. Weight 1741 lbs
Image EP82 Starlet GT 90-94 - 1.3 turbo 134hp@6400rpm, 114ft/lbs@4800rpm. Weight 1896 lbs
Image EP82 Starlet GT 94-95 - Same specs new headlights.
Image EP91 Starlet Glanza V 96-98 - 1.3 turbo 134hp@6400rpm, 114ft/lbs@4800rpm. Weight 2028 lbs
Image It appears there were AWD models, but they weren't turbo. I'm still thinking there was some specail rally homologation model that was AWD, but who knows. Seems the 3SGTE is a relatively easy swap in, so find an AWD one and swap that in and you got a pretty cool little ride.


My conclusion - Nissan Pulsar GTIR is cooler
