I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Why not make some ITBs out of CBR throttle bodies? Original and functional. Better output than some rare intake tube.

Yup, most people use the Honda CBR929RR(40mm) or CBR954RR(42mm) throttle bodies since the TPS is compatible with the Honda ECU. You can probably score a used set of 4 for less then the price of an intake.

ITBs would be sweet, and pretty cheap.

hmmm, perhaps. My old mechanic made a set of itb's out of cbr throttle bodies, came out pimp looking.

I will consider this, but for now I am still getting an intake. I need one anyway for smog purposes. I can switch out to ITB's easily when I get them. But I can't go to get my car smogged with no intake manifold

ARC hands down. good throttle response and it looks gangster. i love mine. i've tried injen and aem on my car and was considering the spoon drop-in. but then i saw this sitting in the shop and said, "daaaaaaaaaaamn".

i just have to get the intake chamber to complete the flow.

ARC is too expensive for the lack of performance
