I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

I'll be having a few of these on the flight to J-Town

vent. relax. have fun. anything goes. off topic chit-chat.

all minimal does is get you more confused... i can say a few things so i would say thats minimal but when they try to explain anything your done for... unless they have signs or pictures or they can act or they can speak english... even then your still fucked cause they might not want to continue the conversation as they feel embarrased...

hahaha. whats funny as hell is when i roll with some folks from school (i am one of only 4 americans at school and i dont hang out with the americans) lol and the people talk to the people i roll with....these people barely understand and speak japanese but since they are asian thats the people's out, then i respond all the time because the people i roll with dont understand but the waitor/waitress/store worker/what have you still responds to the people from school. hahaah after the people leave then I have to explain to them in simple japanese what just happened. classical :D. dont forget too that workers will speak shit like sonkeigo, teinei, or any variation of other super polite japanese to you at first, if you dont understand that, then they try to dumb it down, if you dont understand that, then they start making gestures and trying to show pictures. its funny watching them try to talk to my friends from school hahaha. if you need any pointers sean lemme know. also, you better roll to osaka so i can show you how we do it in o-town with our kansai-ben, cause we dont be speakin that hyoujyun-go :P
