I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

JDM Recaro Seats

Post by trbobrk » June 24, 2007

I don't know much about the honda jdm stuff so I thought I'd ask you guys.

I want a red recaro driver seat with no side airbag and the little holes at the top for harness to go through. I know JDM type-rs had them, I also know there are a lot of shitty replicas out there.

Is there any difference between ITR sedan, ITR coupe, DC2, DC5, CTR, etc.

Also are the driver / passenger seat the same? Just different rails or are the tilt mechanism swap sides?

what in the world are you talking about with the side AIR BAG thing? if your talking about the areas on each side of where you sit then you wont find anything close to what yourlooking for cause they all have that... there is no type-rs either... the seats are all the same other then the side the recline is on and any seat after market seat rail for them will fit as long as you put it in the right car... i hope that all helps but im more lost as to what your trying to ask then any thing...

You're looking for a Recaro SRD's. Yes tilt mechanisms are different for driver/passenger.

I want bolsters, just no airbags in them. US RSX have them. Does the DC5 from Japan have it?
