I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Had Kyokugen's on my last car.

Junk. They don't appreciate being heated and then cooled after a track day.

Kics for the win.

yeah, i have a set of chrome ones on the coupe. i hate chrome, i ordered the silver ones on ebay and they came in shiney....hmmm, maybe i'll order a chrome set and they'll come in silver...reverse psychology????

and i don't know why they discontinued these and kept the mutekis in production. the kyokugens are the only set of wheel locks that actually lock your wheels aside from factory honda ones. a deep socket 6 point 17mm will remove just about every lock nut...but you didn't hear it from me....

I've had no problems with Kic's lugs coming loose. My kyokugens would come loose ALL the time, and especially terrible after heating them up at a track day. Torqued them down before I left, and on the way home the car started shaking. All of them had become loose as all hell and were all about to come off after the wheels and lugs had cooled down.

you might have bought a set with a different taper at the base of the lug nut. if you had an aftermarket set of wheels on it and bought the lugs for the factory ones they will come loose.
