wouldn't OEM be correct in that sentence...being the word replica followed it?

It's an original equipment replica, not a replica of the manufacturer of original equipment.

OE replica is correct.

I need some for my odessey. They stopped making them YEARS ago. If this company started, they would be the only oned in the country, and make A LOT of money if they got the word out to the right places.
