I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Well after I get my boost to hold till about 22psi at redline I figure I should be conservatively at 340whp or so and that is enough for now. So I think I am going to start modding the exterior a tad and then get back to the engine a little further on down the road. This should keep the project fun. After next pay I plan to order the JDM IX rear bumper cover as can be seen here.

Yeah I just got back from two vacations, one in Cali and one in TN, so I dont want to rack up too much on my credit card so I have to wait till August 1st to order the bumper. As I said, some day I am going to do the JDM MR tails when I do the heads and side markers at the same time. But for now the stock heads and VII tails look nice and clean. I thought some of you guys would flame me for the rims actually. I have wanted these for over a year now! Just need the funds. I really think they look great with the silver and some carbon goodies. Kind of like 3 different shades of the same color. Shiny silver, silver, and black. I think it flows well and the rims themselves are sick and weigh in at 18lbs. Pretty light for some JDM style bling! OK, stay tuned for pics of the bumper and the modified HKS exhaust in a few weeks!

Thanks! Although as you can see by the graph my boost leaks from 24psi to 20psi. It should hold 22psi to redline. So I think my HP numbers could be better if I didnt have the boost leak(s). That and the fact that guys with MBC, intake, exhaust, and cams make about the same numbers. I have ported 10.5 turbine housing, ported exhaust manifold, tubular O2 housing, upper and lower intercooler pipes, FMIC (although that wont make much power), and some other little things that i feel should put me over 340whp on that dyno once I get it all dialed in.
I think I am going to leave the engine alone for a bit now and get some exterior and suspension things. JDM style coming up!!!

WISH LIST!! Again I am bored and waiting to go to the bar. I am open to suggestions/criticisms as well as props. The car will be paid off next month so then I hope to get many of these toys as I should have some extra cash. I am trying to save for a house so I cant go crazy but anyway here is what I would love to get now that the car has a respectable amount of whp and tq.
JDP Engineering 1x1 weave front lip (Do-Luck rip off) and Rexspeed 1x1 weave brake ducts (Varis rip off). Both fit better than the high priced originals and come in 1x1 weave to match my stock spoiler (its all about the details).
JDM MR 8 head and tail lights and Rexspeed JDM knock off side markers
Rexspeed 1x1 weave side spats (HKS/Kansai Service knock off)
Advan RGII, Super Bright Chrome (but is actually black chrome despite what Advan calls it), size 18x9, +29 offset, GTR face
The JDM rear is on its way and can be seen above. I also plan to get a set of coilovers and rims around the same time. But who knows? I will either get some and 255/35/18 tires or do it cheap and get some 245/40/18s and stick with the Tanabe springs for a while. Realistically I am not going to buy all this stuff this winter but I hope some day to have all this. At least that is the plan for now. Sorry for such a long post but I want to know if people like my taste and the look I am going for.
