Honestly, I would sell it and build another. I mean if you sell it and get an SUV or something then that'd be gay, but to sell it and start a new project would be a good move IMO. Shit, that car is so old I remember when it was red, with 17" Giovanna 5-spoke rims, and had a fake Buddy Club body kit that was still white on it!! haha! Now that is an old car! lol. Time for a new project IMO.

i dont care for the evo bodystyling as much over the sti's imo. i looked into them. researched them both a bit. nothing major. watched a few TOP GEAR video's sti's vs evo's. they said the evo's felt light in cornering it handles amazing but nothing compared to the sti. they also said looking at an evo it give you the 'back off' look with its aggressive styling but then he said when you look at an sti it just screams 'im going to slam my pint down and we take this to the parking lot!'

they prefered the sti over the evo. ill have to test em to see what 1 i like more but as far as styling im an sti fan.

i've got the sti bug right now too ... BAD. i hold jon soley responsible too. Him and his sneaky IM's here and there. If i can afford one in spring, i'm selling the civic and it's mine ... if not, then i'm keepin the civic and buying an M3 next spring.

btw- are the 08 sti's ONLY 5 door? Someone told me they offer a sedan as well. If they do, i might go for that instead of an earlier body style ... but i'm not really feeling the 5 door mumbo jumbo

08 sti is 3 door hatch. but they do make a sedan but not sti.

'08 STi is not a 3-door hatch, it is a 5-door. And to buy new you are looking over $35k. I'd buy an '05 personally. Still had the nicer front end and the first year in US with a radio/CD, cruise, all the nice stuff. '04s only came prewired for a stereo and didnt have cruise, etc. Like the EVO RS.
