I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

I got a Circuit Hero extension this winter. Didn't put it in yet. I'm not sure if I'm going to like it or not. It's really different.

was also looking @ that. liked the fact u could take it off for daily driving. BUT most people said once u get a longer shifter u wont wanna go back to anything else.

i was looking @ the circuit hero shift knob as well. nice piece.

very interesting. A the Honda meet @ Quaker Steak & Lube in Robinson there was a Del Sol boosted that had a very tall shifter in it. At the time I found it odd but now I see why he would have it. There may be pics I'm not quite sure.

super surprised this thread got overlooked. and only 19 people from the site viewed it. kind of bums me out knowing noone really gives a shit about the 'tech' section of the site and would rather just stick to members rides and randomness.

damn bummer. wanted this to be a good technical resource site but i guess thats a FAIL.

Exactly. I thought it was odd till I drove one. The shift times are cut down alot.

I'm putting my extension on a stock shifter first. I do have a B&M double bend for it and a heavy ass knob, but I don't know what I'll like. I feel like I shift fast enough with the stocker and I don't have crunchy synchros yet. If I run the B&M, crunch the syncs, then in come the gearspeeds.
