I highly reccomend the PIAA plasma's I have had them in my civic forever and I feel they are definately worth the money I know icb has them (jdmland.com) you will be happy with them they are 80 for a reason. If you dont go with those them a raybrig would be next on my list.

the only thing that creates cutoff is a true projector lense...the casper shield we aid in the glare problem. i dunno.... i don't feel that mine are that big of a problem, plus...half of the cars on the roads anymore are blinding (his or not) due to poor adjustment or just idiots with high beams. I get flashed maybe once a week if that. every car and every nonHIDted vehicle will glare different...i guess i am just fortunate to have one that isnt obnoxcious like some i have seen.
as for what vtecdood said...i am on the same boat as him...i have always loved PIAAs. go for thjose if it is such a concern to you.
