pretty rare lil gem? i had this for awhile, maybe some of the OG's remembers pics of it on my car? anyways, this is a used Grounding strap. hangs from the rear bumper and the included wire is grounded to a frame bolt. its used to ground the static buildup in your car while you drive so u dont get zapped when u open your door.

the reduction of static is also supposed to keep dust from building up, along with grime sticking to things. :up:
