Sorry about the delay. I was on vacation, and got back not too long ago. I'm currently coming up with the final drafts for both the applications and the contracts. Both of these forms have to be to the T without suffering any legal issues. I hope to have both of these forms done early next week. I will let everyone know when this process is done.
