I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

deep moment
imagine wanting something that almost seems unjust compared to everyone else so much that you, by just judgment and all fairness shouldn't even be able to think about. but you justify such thoughts and desires by the dedication to find it you scour through every connection that you can endlessly, and finally you find it, and its everything that you wanted and more you get to experience it but the situation that that caused leaves you with a burden, and a plague so deep in your mind that it almost makes every good in your life seem like child's play. like it could easily be auctioned off without sentimentality. and you can only speculate pessimistically of the situation because that's all you can consider fair to yourself by others situations or lives, past and/or present. and what you have wanted for so long could be so close, but you cant realize it because of the burden laid upon the whole thing.

Sometimes i feel this...
Since i was 14 i have been working or earning money however possible, mostly in an effort to have a car but since obtaining a car it has been about modding my car, having nice electronics and entertainment equipment, having surroundings and/or a presence that speaks for me (art, style, furniture, clothing, shoes)
... basically ive busted my ass to afford the lifestyle and materialistic objects that represent my desired style and/or lifestyle.
My mom has always struggled, the last two years she has put herself in positions that have made her struggle more. for long enough i supported her (and my 4yr old bro) in many different ways. while i still do help (rent, utilities, food) i do not feel obligated or the sense of debt to my mom that kept me supporting her for so long... i will not let my brother be affected but i have come to terms that my mom needs to struggle and suffer on her own so she sees how the people around her are effected by her constant dependency (mostly financially).
So while my mom may be struggling to cover her end of the rent i will openly go out at night, eat well, buy a new pair of shoes. I know i deserve it and i have earned it by working hard even while continuing to persue my education. sometimes i feel a burden by having such a better lifestyle and/or more luxury. i have struggled to find the balance between not limiting my ability to be happy/free while not letting my mom drown in her inability to support herself and my brother.
my lifestyle will never come before i know my brother and mom will have food on the table but sometimes i feel it does me no good contributing to a lack of pressur eon my mom to find a position where she is paid sufficiently and has the benefits and luxuries necessary to enjoy life.
take from this what you will, its my relation to the original post as well as a vent of my own. it says more about me then my car will so value it... maybe take as much time as you take staring at visuals to read the post over and try to understand and relate to it (the original post especially)
