I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

today i decided to take off the endlinks so i didnt mess up the subframe or anything else only to find out i opened a can of worms.

apparently my driver side axel boot closest to the brakes has busted and sprayed all its grease all over the rim and the area... the reason for this would have to be because of my rotors being so warped its causeing enough stress to rip the boot. i cant explain it other wise because there isnt anything else that could have possibly done it.

on top of all that one of my endlinks is apparently busted. so now i need to get another endlink.

i also need new rotors and pads plus changing out the subframe and replacing a few stud bolts.

that ontop of the lack of cash is starting to make me worry.

oh and i took my mud flaps off too.

I've never seen warped rotors causing cv boots to tear. Maybe dry rot? Hope you get it all fixed. gl

dry rot is impossible as they look damn near new. i think there was a stress tear and the shaking of the brakes caused it to rip under hard braking.

on that note. i have some good news and bad news. the good news is i bought duralast rotors and brakes... the bad news is i bought duralast rotors and brakes.

since i bought them apparently i forgot about my 2 year warrenty so... yeah they are crappy brakes but i can get them replaced for free so its a good and bad thing i guess.
