I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

As far as a daily turbo setup...keep it simple and be happy with less than 275whp. Resist the temptation to turn the boost knob up.
did you rebuild yours munster? or just pull it and go?

Pulled it, put a timing belt/water pump/tensioner on, dropped it in, and boosted it.

Any pointers as to what to run for the set up? Turbo/Turbo Size? INjectors? Fuel Management? And what about tuning? i know hondata is the way to go but what else is good? Chrome?

If your going to daily it I wouldnt go with a huge turbo, t3/t4, t3/t04e etc. will be pretty user friendly and streetable. If your planning on going to a bigger setup to make more hp in the future go with a bigger set of injectors, 650's, 750's, 880's and so on, so you dont have to buy new injectors everytime you want to increase your hp. You can scale them back depending on what your using to tune. Hondata is definatley they way to go for management if you have the $$$. Im running Crome, its less expensive and has worked great for me, no problems at all....... its your call there. Just dont skimp out on the tuning, spend the extra cash and have it done right the first time.

I only have a t3/04e. Super fun on the street, though. I overdid some of the stuff because I knew that I had every intention of swapping out the turbo for something else and shooting for ~425whp. That's changed too. FIrst 400 then the thought crossed my mind to go for 600 now back to 400. haha.

well its been a while since i've done anything with my car, or given any updates. Car has been through quite a bit in the past few months....not all good however, but nothing to cry over.

An unhappy girlfriend caused this (now ex-girlfriend). I told her i was going to vegas with a buddy, she got upset and did this. Image Note: If you look you can she her in the reflection of the paint, what you cant see is her crying and flipping out because I was taking all kinds of pctures for "evidence" hahaha

And then the week of New Years I had an unfortunate series of events go down, alcohol related, which caused me to act stupidly and break a window at the ex's house and me and a buddy trying to fight everyone that was there. Then when we left we figured the cops were probably called because of all the noise so when we were trying to get out of the area i had an unfortunue run in with some rail road tracks. But its all been taken care of. No major damage, just had to replace a completely shattered bumper.

But now i'm looking to get rid of the Honda and get into a Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT
