cant wait. ill be headed to toys-r-us to pick it up after work. looks like they are having a promotion, buy ff13 & get a $13 gift card, and so happens they are having a strategy guide sale for $13 if you buy the game on the release day & are a rewards member.

would be nice to have the guild after the game so u can go back and get all the extras and trophies. im kind of bummed square enix ported this one to 360 but i guess the microsoft kids needed a taste of an amazing RPG.

just realized tru is also having a buy1 get one $20 off. wondering if i could possibly buy ff13 and get another game for 20 bucks off + a $13 gc. would be pretty dope.

Never been a fan of FF games, maybe I'll try it through Game Fly and see if I like this one lol.

i really like the game!
the character build up and the battle system is awesome, simple yet complicated at the same time. the running around on the map... not so hot. its just long hallways you follow until you reach some fights. hopefully things get better, deeper into the game. im stuck on a summon battle now, its bugging me, seems like i get to a point and there power bar doesn't move. i played for like 5-6 hours yesterday when i got home. its really addicting. love the battle themes on this one!

picked up ff13 and mw2. tru had buy a game and get one 20$ off so i got 2 games + a 13$ gift card. might head back today for the strat guide if they are still offering it for 13$ but i think it was only good for release day when you bought the game (ill take my sale slip). put that gift card to use.

i take that back about that fight i mentioned above. i missed a very key thing. guess it blended in with the background and i missed it but im well past that now. figures i run into a similar thing but this time i just straight up got my asshole kicked in, so did hope.

loving the game so far! im about to fight anima. the battle system is growing on me. at first I didn't like it, but I'm warming up to it. I'm liking the feel of this game, its like they took 7 and 8 and smashed them together. Hell, even some of the characters and their weapons are the same. sazh is barret, lightning is cloud, snow is tifa.

im 21 hours into the game.
i just got everyone back together. there was some crazy ass boss fights up to this point. cant wait to see whats to come!
