This sections DEAD..your opinion on building a teg.

i was browsing this and everytime i go in this section, its dead. Anyways...I'm in the market for a car. I have a possibilty to get a 95 GSR coupe, Black. In your opinion what do you think besides the basic I/H/E. to get done to it. Thanks.

rims, coilovers, maybe a tint, stereo system, port and polish, strut bars. depends on what u want more, show or go.

I would suggest if you got the cash to get a JDM front end conversion. They look so clean. With a Mugen front bumper. Also a nice set of Tein Steet Damper coilovers with E.D.F.C. along with some sway bars all over. Get either an Apexi or HKS ehxaust and a carsound cat. Maybe a JDM ITR header would be sweet. Some Spoon or Mugen rims either black or bronze (bronze looks sick on black cars.) A nice carbon fiber hood and rear hatch and maybe a set of Recaro JDM ITR seats. Well this is a small list of stuff I would get.

why u care what we think in what color u wanna get? its your car man thats how i see it. we can give you idea's on building it but picking a color? thats like going to the paint booth saying u want a color change. pick something cool out and go with it. get something YOU like. or get whatevers available and get it resprayed to something original.

damn jon, i kno u arent my #1 fan, but its just called a suggestion. like wen u posted about wat ppl thought of oem fogs. i kno everything exactly how my car will look wen i get one. relax.

im not bitching. but the color of a car and oem fars are way different. if you have the chance to get either or then go black.

i personally think you should slap neon lights maybe a neon light up wing? some other shit: type-R wiper blades, some graphics, some 20's some interior neons maybe a light up shift knob?

i think integras are gay. They're heavy, ugly, and are made by honda. Hondas, in general, are lame. :twisted:

The only honda i've ever seen that i liked had an invader vii body kit, altezza gen 4 tail lights, halo projectors, 2 19" excel jungle stars in the back and steel wheels up front ... i talked to him for a few minutes and he said he's thinking about getting his body kit painted to match the car, but instead he might buy some vinyl graphics and pep boys seat covers ... i didn't even bother asking about his motor setup because i could just tell it was fast by the way it sounded when it shifted from low to '2.'

alright - honestly, I think everyone has their opinion on different platforms. I think there's honestly not too many things sexier than a genuine rhd 98 spec type r ..... but I DO think they're too heavy to make into a drag car. Am I doing it? Fuck yea i am .... but I do knkow that if i had the same setup in a crx or 5th gen hatch, i'd run better times ... but i love driving my teg everyday, i like the way it looked usdm and i know i'll like the way it looks when i get it back next week with its jdm flavaaaa .... i don't like driving it right now because i need new struts and new motor mounts ... but when it was supercharged, it was a blast and i know it'll be even that much more fun when i boost it again and redo my suspension and mounts. :rock:
