You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. I found a cool older house in a great location within my budget.
It has a one-car garage, but next to the single garage door, it looks like they bricked off the original second garage stall to make another bedroom.

It has an exposed basement with half of the basement as a pretty decent workspace. One side of the yard has a stone staircase to get down the hill, but google maps and Bing maps don't clearly show how the elevation change is delt with on the other side. I hope a nice sloping hill: Boom, blow out man door wall, add carriage doors and instant man-cave + car.

soooo my day went to shit.... so I was at work when a buddy of mine came inside and got me saying that my car was fucked up.. apparently the tranny just fuckin went (auto) cause it came out of park and rolled down the hill at work about 35 - 40 yards and hit a fucking telephone pole -_- so my trunk lid is fucked beyond repair as well as my rear bumper. It hit so hard that it bent the section inside of the trunk where the latch is and now the trunk won't close... which really doesn't matter cause the trunk llid is bent so bad that it would leak like a bitch regardless.... so yeah how was everybody elses day??
