I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Munster = Homeowner?!?!

Post by munster » May 01, 2004

I have a house now. The exterior is done, but the interior isn't touched. There's not even electric run into it. My aunt started it, ran into some tough decisions, a divorce, and the death of my grandparents so she never finished it. Apparently my name was on the deed the whole time so she wants me to finish it. I'm off to the bank next week to get the loan. It's going to be rad. I'll get pics of the process.

Here's a quick rundown. two floors, one master bedroom (23' x 23'), two full bathrooms, two car garage (heated), living room, dining room, etc.

It's rad to be able to do whatever you want on a house. exactly how you want it.

came at the perfect time too. My landlord's throwing me and Pie out because he's selling this house.

I wasn't even expecting to get a house, but I'd be stupid not to jump on it right now. The payments on the loan are less than rent, plus when I eventually move I can rent it out.

My new house isn't too far from Keystone. I'm only like 2 miles off of route 22.
