Haha yeah, it's not a chop. I knew if I didn't say something first someone would call chop on it though.
Seriously though, the amount of work that goes into these minitrucks to get them this low is unreal. Basically, he cut apart the body and took out a 4-and-a-quarter inch section and dropped the top part of the body over the bottom part and welded everything back up. On top of that, he four-linked the rear axle, hydraulics all around, C-notched the rear frame (to clear the axle), used drop spindles up front, relocated the steering 4 inches up (so it isn't in his lap), and fiberglassed over the welds in the firewall.
