I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

update..more pics coming soon. recently installed Cusco OS (Oval Shaped) Rear Strut Bar, and purchased some 16x7 Enkeis that might get powdercoated. Throw on some 235/45ZR/16 Yokohama Paradas or Falken Azenis tires and give the car a lil more drop.....we'll see.

Maybe kotomiles new job gets me some great tires for cheap.

That's a pretty big tire for that wheel. I might suggest a 205 or 215.

Yeah, I might be able to hook you up. :)

ur running a 16x7 on the back???why???u are aware that u can run like an 8 to an 8.5" wide easily.run a 265 or a 275 tire on that then, better for hooking up.unless u wanna be like the ricer hondas that use tire spin as an excuse to losing a race, but yet they can run wider than a 205 tire on there car as well....

He could run a 8 or 8.5, but he got a good deal on these wheels through a friend of ours. They were the right price and happened to be 16x7.

B - Still waiting, We're expecting a call from our specialty supplier.

In Japan, the S13's sold for several years, and they sold very well. They then created the S14's, but because the S13's had sold so well, Nissan decided to continue selling the S13's. S13's that were made prior to the S14's are the black top SR20DET's, and the S13's that were made at the same time as the S14's had the red top SR20DET's. The red top SR20DET's from the S13's received a minor face lift with the things that were stated in an earlier post.

I believe you have it mixed around. The black top s13 sr20 is newer and is always more expensive than the redtop. Why would an older motor cost more....compare costs between s13 black and red and see which one is more expensive...

Actually you are wrong twice I believe.....
S13s did not continue to sell, the s13 silvia stopped, the 180sx continued.

Feel free to correct me if Im wrong...please dont take offense to this either. Just trying to get the facts straight

what??

the s13 and the s14 was a change in chassis, why would nissan continue to make two of the same cars but on 2 completely different chassis?also the redtop s13's were the older design det motor, then the black tops came in the later years of the s13,then the s14's came with t28 ball bearing turbos and a differently designed intake manifold and a couple other design changes.

this would be like calling a 1g eclipse and a 2g eclipse the same chassis, there not, there completely different...
