Yeah it is... we've seen something like this (was considered entrapment) about a year ago. There was a Civic and a Mustang sitting at a light, and the Mustang revved and revved at the Civic, so the Civic took off, and the Mustang flipped on some lights and pulled him over.

It's also considered entrapment if a cop sits near a bar at closing in order to catch DUI offenders.

Either way they shouldn't have to hide that well in order to catch someone that's speeding.

exactly..........now if they were just doing it for data collection......like maybe to increase police presence in that area or whatever then thats ok but not if they actually ticket the people they see speeding
