Sway bars for eg?

I was looking at the suspension techniques front and rear set. There's no need to change/drill the lca's with these right? The car is vx so I don't have any stock bars. Is there any need for a front bar? or could I just use a rear bar like the comptech?

If there's no provision in your LCAs for a sway, you'll need to get LCAs meant for bars.

I've been looking at the ST bars. I guess they use some kind of "pressure bolt" that attaches to the bottom of the strut so that you can your stock lcas. I'm still not sure how well that would work though...
