I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

I cut back on my caffeine intake, and it made a huge difference. It seems like when I go to bed now I get alot better rest. I force myself to stay awake right after work, and I'm ready to crash by 10.

Gatorade still has carbs. carbs=energy.

Try drinking alot of regular water when you get thirsty. It seriously worked for me. I drink a glass or two in the morning before work. decaf coffee at work, and water or milk at home.

Sleeping like a baby could also have something to do with working on my house constantly too.

I now have heat in the living room (2 runs), kitchen (1 run), and office (1 run).

Tomorrow I run a phone line to the office and cable to office and living room.

I have a checklist of 12 more things to do before drywall. I scratched off 2 today.

10 more to go.

My checklist is down to 6 things to do before drywall. I forget what I did since my last post, but I got some done.

I am going to finish the heat upstairs tonight/tomorrow and start the vent pipes.
