I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

My timing wasn't exact either. It's still tricky the second and third times unless you are capable of memorizing the order.
The trick is to leave the thief on a shore by itself at the beginning and end. Use the cop to take some of the children over, and leave the parents on one shore together if there's different kids there.

damn bs right there. i cant figure this shit out. cant move the cop and thief first b/c then the next round someone will be alone with the thief. can move both the parents first b/c one wont be around the other with the children on the way back. cant move parent and the respected child first b/c one child will be left with a parent they can be around...
nm, figured it out

i told a friend who i gave it to.. she couldnt do it i said i think it's video game experience. I know it sounds dumb but if you think about it.. if you play video games and have experience you are used to visual problem solving like that. She is also a very intelligent person.. i don't think you can take a whole lot from that "IQ" test.

I dunno if it's a videogame thing... we had those problems in math long ago. For math league if I remember right back in like 9th grade.

no, literally, in my math league, we had a problem IDENTICAL to that. The only differences were the characters involved, I believe it was a farmer, a chicken, a fox, and I forget what else.
