yeah, it is, good eye. I got it years ago now at a local speed shop in AZ called SH motorsports.
I think it was like the only REAL part in their whole store, so I snagged it quick! At the time, JDM style stuff wasn't catchin on in Phoenix yet and rice was still cookin' full swing.
(ha ha, like my car, it was all rice with a mugen oil cap!)

The kool thing with it is that even though I've swithced through numerous VC's, (like my OEM GSR, than a CTR, then I polished it, then a mugen knock off, and now back to a CTR...whew!) the oil cap has always looked good with all of em.
The plug wire cover I got at the same shop and it was for when I had it all polished under the hood....I thought I'd ditch it and go with an OEM wire cover with this VC but, I think it's growin' on me and I might just leave it. Just a TINY bit of bling doesn't hurt I guess.
