I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Some new parts for my LsVTEC coupe

Post by brookliner7 » February 01, 2005

here's a pic of my new goodies for my LsVTEC.

waiting for a nice to day to put em on!
Image and a teaser pic of my new rimz, I know, teasers are lame, especially when the wheels aren't that kool. I apologize. Just wanted to share but wait to give the whole pic with the enitre car.
nothing special... Now that the car is running, should have em on soon. Just going for a completely new look.
Amazing how just a simple set of rims can do that.
some minor lip'age going on.

yeah, it is, good eye. I got it years ago now at a local speed shop in AZ called SH motorsports.
I think it was like the only REAL part in their whole store, so I snagged it quick! At the time, JDM style stuff wasn't catchin on in Phoenix yet and rice was still cookin' full swing.
(ha ha, like my car, it was all rice with a mugen oil cap!)

anyways, King has got em for like $80!

The kool thing with it is that even though I've swithced through numerous VC's, (like my OEM GSR, than a CTR, then I polished it, then a mugen knock off, and now back to a CTR...whew!) the oil cap has always looked good with all of em.

The plug wire cover I got at the same shop and it was for when I had it all polished under the hood....I thought I'd ditch it and go with an OEM wire cover with this VC but, I think it's growin' on me and I might just leave it. Just a TINY bit of bling doesn't hurt I guess.
