You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. Personally, I'm a fan of DSMs that are just huge power monsters. It amazes me...when they run, of course. But like any car, they have drawbacks.

Ricers own everything. DSMs, Hondas, Acuras, Toyotas, Chevys, Fords, whatever. Hell...I saw a minivan with hubcap spinners and an APC logo the other day. Explain that one. Soccer mom ricers?

the NT eclipses ARE NOT dsm's. the true definition of a dsm is all cars that were made in the normal illinios factory, which would be all turbo fwd/awd eclipse laser talons(1g's) galant vr4's, 3kgt's and stealth's. the only true dsm are the 1g's, but most still consider 2g's to be a dsm because in 95 all models came with a dsm tag from the factory(only because they had tags left and didnt want to waste them i suppose) then in 96 they started to use the mitsubishi tag.

but yea, if you cut off the exhaust and eliminated the rear 02 sensor, be prepared for your car to run like ass. go on http://www.vfaq.com and they have a way to wire up the rear o2 to eliminate it. it works.

What? DSM stands for Diamond Star Motors, a project that linked multiple car manufacturers to one general name plate, not referring them to a factory in Normal Illinios. 3000gt's were made in Japan aswell. My dad happens to be a CEO in a major automotive company, I've seen the trade magazines and heard all the hype, I have NEVER heard that DSM was just the cars from Normal Illnois.
